Have you ever heard of the story “Tuck Everlasting”? If not, read this summary. The story was about an immortal family called the Tucks. The setting was in a small rural town in Treegap in the 1800’s. The Tuck’s family is made up of Jesse, Miles, Mae, and Angus Tuck. The other characters are the strange old man in the jaunty yellow suit and Winnie Foster.
Winnie is introduced in the first chapter. She lives in a large home in Treegap. She lives with her mother and grandma, and she has no siblings. She has no one to talk to except for the old toad that she finds sitting on a log in her backyard. This is one of the reasons she wants to run away from home.
All of this information comes from the first three chapters. In the fourth chapter when Winnie is on her front porch, an old man in a jaunty yellow suit makes conversation with her. He asks her if she or her relatives have seen any passerby. Winnie’s mother comes outside to hear a music box and thinks it is elf music.
The next day, Winnie hears horse tracks coming down the way. But, before she could turn around she was lifted into a trolley. It was the Tucks! They calmed her down and told her an amazing secret; they said that they were immortal.

A book I am reading is called Tuck Everlasting. There are 6 characters that I’ve read about so far. There is Winnie Forster. She is a little girl that imagines that the months of the year as a ferries wheel. Another person that is in this book is Tuck. Tuck is the father of Jesse and Miles. You would think that they live a normal life, but they don’t. They are hiding the fact that they are immortal.

The Tucks live in a place called Treegap. It’s a big place that’s in the woods. Nobody lives in Treegap because it is owned by the Tucks. The Tucks don’t have a lot of company because they have the rest of their lives to meet each other. They always meet every 10 years.

One thing that happens in the story that changes everything is that when the Tucks tell Winnie that they are immortal someone is listening in on their conversation. He is the Stranger. I think that is very mean. This book is a very exciting. I think this book should be recommended in every school in the world!

There is a magical spring, if you drink from it you become immortal. One day Winnie foster wants to drink from it, but she can’t. she try’s to drink from it but them she gets kidnapped by the Tucks then they tell her why she can’t drink from it.

They don’t want her to drink from it because they don’t want anybody to have to go trough what they are going through. For example Angus’s wife and kids left him because he was not getting any older. He will be 17 for the rest of his life. After they left him he tried killing himself by shooting himself in the heart. After that happened the bullet went right through him not even leaving a scratch.

In the Tuck family is a super or an unnatural family there immortal. There is a young girl name Winnie Foster, she was a boring girl with a boring life. Her family is very old fashion. They don’t let Winnie out, but when the stranger came and when Winnie talks to the stranger he thought they where thought the where everlasting Tucks.

So when the grandmas shoe him off Winnie went to talk to a toad. Some how she felt a connection with the toad. So this is where the chaos started. The Tucks some how thought she will know there secret about there immortality. So then they kidnap her.

What I like about this story is the characters. What I like about them is there expression of the book. Like in chapter three Winnie runs away. Also when Mae took the brole of baskets and the music box. Also last but least the surprise at the end of chapter two inspired me when the Tucks where the same age for 87 years.

An exciting part of tuck Everlasting was a man in a mask telling her to get in bag and, when she was sad she started to cry. The only reason why she was crying is because she wanted to go home. Now about, Miles wife took his children because he wasn’t getting an older. This is my summary.

This story is about tuck every lasting. The tucks are immortal and they live in secret inside the wood. One of the main characters, Winnie Foster went into the woods because she wanted to see more of the woods. Winnie got kidnapped by the Tucks but they meant her no harm. Winnie started to cry but Mae used her music box to calm Winnie down. Then the Tucks told Winnie everything about the spring and about how they lived forever. At first Winnie could not believe what she was hearing but after the tucks told her more about the spring she started to believe them.

Then Mr. Tuck told Winnie that he shot himself in the heart and he did not die. Then the Tucks told Winnie that they were 104 years old. But the stranger in the yellow suit was hiding behind a bush and he heard everything and he was going to tell everyone about the spring and about the Tucks and how they are immortal.

Winnie loved to play with Jessie. Whenever Winnie got the chance she would go to the woods and play with him. Winnie slept at the Tucks’ house and when Winnie woke up the tucks had a huge breakfast waiting for her. There was pancakes, apples and more.

They all have something to relate to. The Tuck family kidnapped Winnie because they needed her help. They wanted her to help them figure out how not to be in immortality. The stranger was very mysterious talking to Winnie and her mother and grandmother.

Winnie is very put up by her mother and grandmother because she dose not get to do anything.
Winnie has motions like sometimes she is happy, sad, and mad. Winnie is a moody character. All the characters in the book have there own mood.

Tuck Everlasting is about characters named Tuck, Winnie Foster, Mae Tuck, Jesse, Miles, and the stranger. Winnie Foster lives in the woods called Tree Gap. She lives with her grandma called Mrs. Foster. Mae Tuck went inside the woods to gather with her family. They gather around every 10 years.

The Tucks drank from a spring when they were little and while they were growing up they haven’t changed at all. Then Winnie ran away and met a person drinking from a spring called Jesse.

Then Winnie asked if she could get a drink too, but Jesse said,” no, the water is dirty”. Then his family came and kidnapped Winnie. They mean no harm but she can’t tell anyone about the spring.

Winnie foster talks to a toad. She tells him she is going to run away. A stranger appears at there door. They hear a music box and think it is elves.
Then she meets Jessie Tuck. Then the Tucks kidnap her. They tell her they became immortal. Then they show her the music box they thought was elves. Then they take her to their house.

Tuck Everlasting is a book about a family who lives in Treegap named The Tuck Family. The characters in this story are Tuck, Mae, Miles, Jesse, Winnie Foster, The stranger, and the toad. Winnie lives on a flat, dry land which is a farm. Winnie Lives in a rural area. There are some trees but barely any houses in her area. The Tuck’s were in the car and sort of picked up Winnie not even knowing her. Winnie was a little scared and nervous at the time because she didn’t know who the Tuck’s were at that time. The Tuck family told Winnie that they will do her no harm but will drop her tomorrow.

The book Tuck Everlasting is about a family that is immortal and has friends that are not. For instance, Winnie is not immortal but at times she gets upset because the Tuck Family will stay alive forever and she won’t. One the other hand Winnie is glad she isn’t immortal because when you are immortal you have to watch all your friends and family pass away. To me that is pretty sad.

Tuck Everlasting is a book that is very interesting. I call it interesting because whenever you stop or finish a chapter you don’t want to put the book down; you want to keep reading. I give this author ;( Natalie Babbitt) a lot of credit for creating such an outrageous book! This book is thought- provoking and with much delight. It has gone to be the greatest book of fantasies for children. The dilemma for Winnie, Mae, and Mae’s family is extreme. And then there's Winnie herself. Should she drink from the well now? When she grows up? Ever? I think the book of Tuck Everlasting will be very interesting to read and I will probably think that too when we finish the book!

Summary Mae Tuck was going to meet her children ( Jesse and Miles) to have a family reunion. On the other hand, Winnie Foster a 10year old child was lonely and bored at her grandmother’s house. She finally lost patience and went to the woods without permission! While walking through the woods she met a handsome man, Jesse. Winnie was so thirsty but Jesse won’t let her drink from the spring. Mae finally came and kidnapped Winnie and calmed her down. She told Winnie that they’re nice people and won’t hurt her. They also told her that her family is immortal.

Tuck Everlasting is a story about a family named the Tuck’s. The Tuck’s live in a place called the Treegap. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and wonderful place. There are few more houses then rural places. The Treegap is a small little town. Also though there is this girl that lives in a rural farm land and her name is Winnie Foster. Where Winnie lives there aren’t many houses nearby. Further on in Tuck Everlasting the Tuck’s picked up Winnie because they needed her for some reason. Winnie wasn’t very sure who they were or what they wanted from her. She figured though that they weren’t bad people because there were two children in car also. The two children in the car were Miles and Jesse.

They told her that they wouldn’t do any harm to her at all. Winnie was then sure that it would be alright. They even told her that they were going to drop her off back home tomorrow. Once they all arrived Mr.Tuck or Angus (father) walked up to Mae Tuck (mother) and asked if they got the girl (meaning Winnie). Mae wasn’t off the horse when he asked but when she did get off she said there she is. Winnie was a bit afraid and shy of Angus. He was kind of confused but then he helped Winnie off the horse. Miles and Jesse on the other hand though ran right towards the pond for a swim.

Miles and Jesse were jumping and splashing in the water. Mae and Angus were standing in the same spot they have been when they got back, just talking about Winnie. Winnie though wasn’t very sure what she would have to do but she also just stood there listening to the two of them speak to each other. Even though Mae told Winnie that they wouldn’t do anything to criticize her or hurt her she continued to have doughts.

Tuck everlasting is a great book and a fantastic movie to watch. It is enjoying and I love every part of the book with out even watching the movie. Then Winnie gets kidnapped by the Tucks but not in a mean way and she finds out the Tucks BIG secret! Mae tells her that they will bring her home tomorrow. The stranger also finds out their BIG secret! (OH NO!) If the tucks get discovered something might happen to them. Therefore they will live happy ever after.

Tuck Everlasting is a very good book. There is immense action and a lot of interesting words. The story that is in the book is even better than the above mentioned things.

First, Mae, a mother of two, sets out to meet her two children. They try not to spill the beans that they are immortal. Second, she meets them, her children, after 10 long years. The family has a big feast and has a great time. Then, Tuck, the father, ends up meeting Winnie Foster. They meet in a forest belonging to Winnie. Later, Tuck bends down to take a sip from the spring water.

Since Winnie was also thirsty, she insisted on drinking water from the spring water as well, but Tuck stopped her from doing so. He stopped her because the spring water was the source of their immortality. Winnie ignored Tuck’s insistence and drank the water. This made Winnie become immortal. Then the Tuck family took Winnie with them far away to an unknown place and made her stay with them for as few nights.

The Tucks take Winnie to their cluttered home. Mr. Tuck explains that they’re caught in the circle of life, never to move again. He’s very bored in his life. Winnie understands

Tuck Everlasting is a very interesting book. The Tucks, Mae, Angus, Miles, and Jesse drank out of a magic springing in the tree gap woods owned by Winnie Foster’s parents. Winnie foster is a very lonely girl and thinks about running away from home frequently.

At first the Tucks didn’t know that they were immortal but when their cat died from oldness the Tucks had to prove to themselves that they were. Angus Tuck shot himself but he lived. And the kids also had bad things happen to them, but they still lived.

Then they told Winnie Foster but she wasn’t the only one that heard it, the stranger did too. Later on Winnie Foster went to the spring and kneeled down. She was about to drink out of the magic spring but then the Tucks kidnapped her. The Tucks then tried to tell Winnie that being immortal is not fun. But will she listen?

As they tell the story they tell her about how Angus shot himself, Jesse fell off a tree, and how Mae cut herself with a knife and they didn’t get hurt. After that Winnie feels sympathy for the Tucks and they take her home.

Tuck Everlasting is a story about an immortal family. Mae, Angus, Miles, and Jesse drank from a magic fountain that gave them immortality. Mae and Angus Tuck looked the same for 80 years because they drank from the spring. Then Winnie Foster and a stranger found out their secret. The stranger wants to find the spring water so he could become immortal too.
The Tucks found out Winnie Foster knew their secret so they kidnapped her. They just put her on a horse and brought her to the Tucks house. They did not do anything bad to her. The Tucks told her not to tell anyone and not drink from the spring. The Tucks were going to let her go the next day.

The book Tuck Everlasting is about a family who is immortal. They became immortal from drinking from the spring. They have been immortal for about 87 years. They are in a town called Treegap in the 1880’s.The family was always quiet and never was out and talking to anyone else.

In the story a lot of important events happened. An important event is Jesse Tuck’s wife left him and with his kids. She thought that he had sold his soul to the devil. Jesse was angry because that was not the real thing. That was one important event in the story Tuck Everlasting.

An other important when Winnie gets kidnapped. Winnie runs away and she was going to drink the spring water. The tuck family took her away. She thought that a kidnapping would be by being suddenly attacked and grabbed by a bunch of burly men. Instead the tucks rode on a horse and grabbed her. That is my summary of tuck everlasting

After drinking out of a magic spring the Tucks are now immortal. Every ten years Mae rides down to Treegap to visit her two sons Miles and Jesse. When in the woods they see ten year old Winnie Foster kneeling down to drink out of the same spring.

Suddenly, they kidnapped her and throw her on the back of a horse. Mae promised to tell her why they did this when they got further away.

Afterwards, when Mae spills the secret Winnie is not the only one hears. A strange man in a yellow suit was spying on them the whole time. Will he also try and drink out of the spring to become immortal?

Here is a summary on a book called Tuck Everlasting. This interesting story is about 6 characters. Their names are Miles, Jessie, Angus, Mae, Winnie, and the stranger. The Tuck family is immoral because they drank from the spring water. Since they are immortal, they can live forever. In the beginning of the story Winnie Foster was thinking about running away. But her family didn’t let her.

The tucks at first did not know why they wouldn’t die. first jesse fell out a tree and hit his head. then miles went in to the woods and got shot and then his hourse got shot to but nothing happened to them. Then angus wanted to prove they were immortal so he shot him self. but he did not die. And the last proof was that there cat did not drink the spring water so he aged and died.

Then when the tucks found Winnie she was getting thirsty so she wanted to drink from the spring water .but miles and tuck tired to stop her so she got suspicious. so they told her the whole story and a stranger heard but will he try to tell the popo.

As they struggle to keep their secret they meet a girl , Winnie , an only child who is in need of a sibling to get rid of all the attention her parents give her . She thinks about running away and is so lonely that she started talking to a toad.

When she runs away she walks on into the woods and meets Jesse . He is drinking water and she asks for some. He says no because it is that magic spring water. After a while Mae and Miles look for Jesse. They find him with Winnie and are surprised. Then they kidnap her in an unusual. They tell her about what happened . As they tell the story they tell her about how Angus shot himself, Jesse fell off a tree, and how Mae cut herself with a knife and they didn’t get hurt. After that Winnie feels sympathy for the Tucks and they take her home.

Once there was a family named the Tucks. They were living in a house in the middle of nowhere because they had a secret to keep. They were all immortal. Then, there was a little girl named Winnie Foster. Her family owned a forest by their house, and that forest was to the Tucks, Treegap, and to Winnie, the wood. Winnie got tired of her life, so she decided to run away. At the same time, she was also curious about the wood.
Winnie finally did it, she ran away from home to the wood. As she was wandering around, she saw a very handsome young man. He was Miles Tuck drinking from a spring spout. All of a sudden, Jesse Tuck and Mae Tuck were there and they kidnapped Winnie!
Mae told Winnie what that spring was. That was the source of the Tucks’ immortality. After the story, Mae told Winnie that she was going home tomorrow and she wasn’t too happy about it. Winnie though, wasn’t the only one who heard the story. A stranger hard it and he is going to drink from the spring.

Winifred Foster is a child of the Foster family who are rich and wealthy. The Fosters own a village called tree gap and a place called the wood. Winnie’s (Winifred) family was starting to get on her nerves with the calling over dressing and showing until Winnie decided to run away.

She saw a stranger the stranger wore a bright yellow suit. The stranger was strange indeed he only wanted to talk to Winnie not her parents. The next day Winnie ran away and ran into a handsome young man drinking from a spring. Winnie wanted to drink from the spring until the young man stopped her.

It was very strange. Winnie began to run away and bumped into a tall man. Winnie was than kidnapped. Each of them told Winnie there names Angus, Miles, Mae and Jesse Tuck. Jesse was the young man drinking from the spring. The tucks treated Winnie like family and told Winnie there secret they were immortal. But Winnie wasn’t the only one who heard the news the man in the yellow suit heard it also it also.

Winnie is a kid that heard the Tucks secret about the spring. Winnie is kidnapped to live with the tucks and not tell their secret. She was running away from home where the spring water was. She saw Jessie drinking from the spring. Winnie was very thirsty and wanted to drink but Jessie kept on saying that it was dirty and that he got used to it.
Then Miles and her mother came on their horse. They kidnapped Winnie but she didn’t even scream. They told her the whole story about what happened. The stranger outside even heard the story. The dad wanted to prove that they were immortal so he put a gun to his stomach and shot it and didn’t die.
One of my predictions is that Winnie and Jessie will fall in love. To sum it all up, the Tucks are immortal, are away from society and have a kidnapped child. Do you think that Winnie will drink from the spring? Or will the stranger drink from it.

Have you ever read the book Tuck Everlasting? i have, and I will tell you about it. The story was about the Tuck family, Winnie and a stranger. The Tuck family was immortal! Winnie got in to the story by running away from home. She was running in to the woods when she met up with Jessie.
Winnie told him that she was thirsty. Then Jessie said “No, it is bad for you”. Then Winnie said “But you just drank it”. Then Jessie answers back “I am use to it”. Then Mile and his mom came and saw them talking and the kidnapped her! They told her don’t worry. When they got there they told here that she was immortal. The showed her by taking a gun and shoot his father and he did not die.
Then a stranger was at there fence and heard everything. Would he drink it? My prediction is that he would drink the water from the spring. Also that he would tell everybody.

The Tucks live hidden away from everybody and everything. One day when Winnie foster is by the magic spring, she spots Jesse and Miles drinking from the spring. Soon their secret is told.
When the Tucks kidnap her they tell her about the spring and how it was a magic spring and gave you eternal life. The stranger in the yellow suit over heard everything and found out. The Tucks don’t know that the stranger in the yellow suit over heard.
Know the Tucks have to worry about Winnie Foster spilling the secret and they don’t even know that the stranger.
