Roselle Park Middle School: This Blog was created by the Roselle Park Middle School Library Media Center for the students of Middle School as a venue to share their love of reading and the arts with their community. Tuck Everlasting
Tuck Everlasting is a very interesting book. The Tucks, Mae, Angus, Miles, and Jesse drank out of a magic springing in the tree gap woods owned by Winnie Foster’s parents. Winnie foster is a very lonely girl and thinks about running away from home frequently.
At first the Tucks didn’t know that they were immortal but when their cat died from oldness the Tucks had to prove to themselves that they were. Angus Tuck shot himself but he lived. And the kids also had bad things happen to them, but they still lived.
Then they told Winnie Foster but she wasn’t the only one that heard it, the stranger did too. Later on Winnie Foster went to the spring and kneeled down. She was about to drink out of the magic spring but then the Tucks kidnapped her. The Tucks then tried to tell Winnie that being immortal is not fun. But will she listen?
