Tuck Everlasting Summary

Tuck Everlasting Summary

Tuck Everlasting is a book about a family that will live forever and won’t age. Angus, Mae, Jesse, and Miles were their names. They were granted immortality by drinking water from a magic spring. Now 87 years later, a little girl named Winnie Foster and her family bought the property with the forest on it.
One day Winnie gets curious and walks into tree gap woods, the wood with the spring. She sees a boy, Jesse Tuck, taking a drink of waster from a little hole (the spring) and tries to take a sip. Jesse talks her out of it. Then, the Tucks take her and tell her the whole story. The whole family took a sip of the water 87 years ago. The only part of the family that didn’t take a drink was the family cat. Ten years ago, the cat died. They knew they were immortal now because the horse got shot and the bullet had no effect, and the same thing happened to Angus.
Now, Carlie decides to stay with the Tucks for a few days. Now, a stranger is following them. What will happen next?
