Camp Green Lake

Camp Green Lake used to be a tropical paradise! It used to have eye popping colors, like red, green, yellow, purple, and brown. It was a forest of green and brown giants! There was a gorgeous lake that sparkled like an emerald! During the night when the moon was out, it would reflect onto the lake. It was so beautiful! The town had many people, houses, and most of all a great variety of nature! You know like purple lilies, lime green frogs, a yellow shinning sun and the pouring drops of rain. The rain was usually soft and calming, with a steady rhythm. Camp Green Lake was a wonderful place, but then a drought hit them, so the lake was sucked up and all the people left. That’s when it had turned into a ghost town!

Venice

It was in beautiful day in Venice, on a cruise even with the mighty engines in revise the canals grow closer and closer. Were going to crash said a strong looking man said. No were not said another and they began to fight. A woman saw them fight and said “boys, boys we have to keep are hopes high besides if we were going to crash the board men would have ordered us off by now don’t you think, just men came running though yelling “the captain wants us all off the ship immediately so you have minutes to get your stuff to the top deck a strange man followed me to my room in 5 minutes just like the man said someone came and got me from my room and took me not to the top deck but to the middle deck 2 stories below the middle deck and told if I moved he’d find me and when he did he would kill me so I knew I should stay there turns out he was saving me from being be the murder from getting and I shall never forget that day in Venice when I was saved by being tertian for if I would have tried to leave I would have been killed

She lowed the knife and it grew even brighter. “The pumpkin” She gasped. “It’s glowing bright orange, but how?” her eye’s got as big as the full moon. The pumpkin glowing against the dark. So slowly she slit the side of the pumpkin open. The seeds tasted like sweet candy corn. So sweet and delicious. Every bite made her grow taller. She tried to figure out why everything was getting smaller. Higher and higher she grew. She could stop eating the seeds. She was tempted to eat another and another. She was 20feet high before she finally stopped growing. The night sky grew pitch black like an ally cat. She felt like she was moving, but the house was spinning all around her. She was getting dizzy. All the sudden. . .

The House On Maple St.

It was a perfect lift off! The last time we tried to do this we burned half of Maple Street. This time I made sure the green, sparkly rockets on the house were just right. My annoying brother was in the control room, my dad made me let him drive. As soon as we shot through the atmosphere we started crashing wildly into asteroids. I ran to my dad and screamed, “ I told you it was a bad idea to let him drive!!!”

“Well son, every man must serve in the army. “ He answered.

“I don’t think its fair.” I asked again.

“Mean either, Son, but that’s just the way is.” He said.   

“I’m only six it’s not fair!” I cried!
 “They have to pick me up tomorrow, morning and I’m going to die.”

“No son you’re not going to die, its just hard work I was in the army to you know?” He grooned.

Halloween Poem

Leaves changing red and brown. Falling off oaks and maples. A slight breeze sending a chill up my spine. Wind blowing leaves everywhere. Kids wearing masks and costumes. Running up to houses yelling trick or treat. Look Halloween is here.
