Chelsea Connecting to China
Submitted by cpauchnick on Fri, 2008-05-30 06:26. Students at Patrick Henry High School | PublicChelsea was one of the key students who tested the Internet connections with Professor Chen. She verbally talked, typed chat messages, and did a lot of smiling as she tested Wiz IQ and Skype. She was bursting with enthusiasm. Yesterday she said, "This is so fun!!!"
This screen shot photo was taken by Professor Chen from his computer during the test session and he sent it to us via Skype. You can see Chelsea's winning smile and Professor Chen in the smaller picture at the bottom.

Submitted by cpauchnick on Thu, 2008-05-29 22:54. Students at Patrick Henry High School | PublicYaodong and I have been practicing with our equipement and trying out the Skype and WizIQ programs to see which ones work best with our computers. My students were having a lot of fun talking to Yaodong while he was at home. Our plan is to have our students join together in a live video web conference next week.
