Pupils from the 7th grade in Israel have collaborated for the the whole year with pupils their age from South Korea using ePals.They learned a lot about both cultures but mostly while meeting each other by using Skype in a video conference.

As part of our unit on Ancient Israel, we will be learning about life in modern Israel by communicating with students from the Bar-Lev Junior High School in Kfar-Saba, Israel.

Flat Stanley Project

Our pupils are exposed to a variety of cultures by exchanging Flat Stanleys.

A Flat Stanley visit friends by travelling around the world in an envelope. Students' written work goes to other places by conventional mail and e-mail.

Students make paper Flat Stanleys and begin a journal with him for a few days. Then, Flat Stanley and the journal are sent to another school where students there treat Flat Stanley as a guest and complete the journal. Flat Stanley and the journal are then returned to the original sender. We send the Flat Stanleys back with pictures, souvenirs, stories and reminders of the visit.Share your impressions with us.
