Mitch's reaction was that

Mitch's reaction was that how can Morrie see an average day with his friends as a perfect day.

My perfect day is when I am with someone who I like.

Mitch's reaction to Morrie's

Mitch's reaction to Morrie's perfect day was somewhat of a shock because it was so simple and average and non-extravagant. But he then realized that it was what would please Morrie because he is a simple man, but he also doesn't take the little things in life for granted.

My perfect day would probably just be relaxing on the beach with my friends and have something simple to eat, like burgers or something.

When mitch asks morrie what

When mitch asks morrie what he would do if he had 24 hours of health, morrie replies by saying that he would do what he normally does like eat lunch and go for a walk. Mitch is at first surprised but then realizes that morrie is trying to show him that there is perfection in the average day. My perfect day would be the same as Morrie's in the way that it would just be simple and normal.

Mitch was surprised by the

Mitch was surprised by the simplicity of Morrie's Perfect Day.  He was a little disappointed by how average it was.

My perfect day would be simple also.  I would want to go out for a big breakfast and then spend the day with my friends and family.

Morrie's perfect day seemed

Morrie's perfect day seemed incredibly simple to Mitch, it consisted of eating breakfast, going through a normal day and going dancing. It seemed so easy and probably almost silly to Mitch, but Morrie couldn't do any of those simple, normal tasks any more. They were no longer easy, and they were no longer normal, which is probably why to Morrie, they were perfect.

I don't really know exactly what my perfect day would be like, I don't have it all planned out like Morrie, I know I would want to be with friends and people I care about and love to be with. I'm sure if it would be as simple as Morrie's seemed, or if maybe I could go skydiving or fly to Europe. I really don't know, but if it's perfect I wouldn't need to plan it out and I guess it could just happen.

Shortly before Morrie's

Shortly before Morrie's death, he describes to Mitch what his perfect day would be like. Much to Mitch's surprise, Morrie wishes to be able to live a normal day, nothing special at all. If Morrie could have 24 hours of full health he would eat lunch with his friends and go for an evening walk. At first Mitch is confused by Morrie's vision, but eventually he realizes that Morrie is saying there is perfection in the average day.

My perfect day would be surrounded by friends. We would first go to a Yankee game then to an amusement park. I would try to cram as much fun into one day as I possibly could.
