1) Morrie's view on money is
1) Morrie's view on money is that he is interested in smaller things like music and not so much wealth and money like everyone else in society is. His view on love is that he believes that culture influences people to think that love can be replaced by money. He says that people try to do that and they are left unsatisfied. He believes that love is more powerful than anything. Morrie's view on marriage is that you need a relationship to fill wealth and he advises Mitch to get back into a loving relationship. His view on culture is that they influence people to act as they do. Morrie's view on aging is that he believes that he will never be forgotten and he is happy that he has influenced so many people while being at a old age.
2) Morrie means that Mitch has had the time to give meaning to his life. He tells Mitch that he should act on his own and make his own decisions and try to not let society influence him.

Love- To Morrie love is the most important thing in the world. In Morrie's eyes, not only does love make our days on Earth meaningful, they allow you to be remembered after you die. Morrie beleives that the love of his family and friends is the way he will stay around even after he has died.

Culture- Morrie's ideas on culture are somewhat simple. He beleives that when threatened, mankind reverts back to it's natural instincts and only looks out for themselves, instead of thinking about others. When Morrie says create your own culture he is saying don't be defined by the morals and ideas of others. Its more important to do what you think is right rather than what everyone else thinks.

The quote means that people have to learn from their mistakes or problems they face and fix them
1.)Aging: Morrie doesnt
1.)Aging: Morrie doesnt really care about age. He likes that hes older because it makes him wiser. He thinks that being young isn't anything special and as someone ages they have more life experience. He doesnt want to be young again, he likes his age.
2.)Money: Morrie doesnt really care about money either. As long as someone is happy then money shouldnt mean anything. Money is just a material thing to Morrie. Because Morrie is dying now he doesnt have a need for money anymore so its value has gone down to him. He thinks that love is more powerful than any money as well.
3.)Love: Morrie definity cares about love. He says thats what people need in their lives and when it comes down to it love is behind all the material things and money people posess. He thinks that is more important than any of those things and thats how people should treat love.
4.)Marriage: Morrie believes in marriage but he doesnt think that Mitch really understands it. Morrie knows that love should be the reason for marriage and doesnt think that Mitch's generation believe in that. He thinks people get married for empty reasons like money or material possessions now a days.
Morrie believes that because culture is changing people dont respect each others culture because they are afraid of it. Morrie thinks people need to feel less scared of new and different things. MOrrie says you need to create your own culture because people need to realize that there are so many cultures out there you need to respect all of them and people can take ideas from other cultures to use in theirs.

Morrie has an amazing view
Morrie has an amazing view on every topic him and Mitch discuss. He knows that aging is unavoidable, so unlike the rest of the world he doesn't avoid it, he embraces it and apreciates all he has done and all he has accomplished at each age of his life.
Morrie feels that people put too much value on money. To him, it's not the most important thing and yet he sees how everyone else in todays culture does.
Morrie knows or feels that love is much more important. The love of your family, the love of your friends, a love for dancing or teaching, or just enjoying all he has in life.
Morrie also has a great admiration for marriage because of his respect for hiw wife. He feels that marriage is a bond that every one should experience it because they'd be missing something worth while if they don't. He also understands that there are rules in a marriage like compromising and respecting.
Morrie also feels that our culture is scared of things like marriage and love and loosing all their material things and never gaining bigger or better things. We want too much and make ourselves believe that we neeed things like expensive cars and big houses, over priced shoes and designers clothes. Maybe it's just too show off or maybe it's because we don't know any better and we are afraid to learn and experience or branch out from the rest of our culture.
And branching away from our culture; to Morrie, is extremly important. This is what he means when he says " you have to work at creating our own culture." He knows that there is a necisity for people to have something seperate from every one else. A sense of individuality and uniqueness from everyone else. When our cluture is wrong or just not exactly right, people need to seperate themselves or detatch from the rest of society and do what they feel is more correct or right.

I agree with what Nicole
I agree with what Nicole said.
I agree with Elizabeth on
I agree with Elizabeth on her thought of the quote Morrie says.
Age-Morrie doesn't really
Age-Morrie doesn't really care that hes aging he thinks that its not a bad thing because as he get older he learns more and gains knowledge
Money-He believes that its not as important as everyone believes it to be, that society puts to much importance in it
Love- he believes that love is one of the most improtant things, far better then money and that in life its what most people are looking for
Marriage-he has a wife and strongly agrees with marriage and he thinks that it should have more importance in society then it does because in the end love is what really matters
culture- he thinks that people have to much influence on others and their ideas
2. he means that you should go with your own ideas and follow them and not what every one else is

Aging-Morrie embraces aging
Aging-Morrie embraces aging because he knows that it means that you have learned a lot and have lived his life to the fullest and has no regrets. He doesn't wish to get younger because he wouldn't be as knowledgeable and wise.
Money-Morrie thinks that too much value and emphasis in American society is placed on money and that it is the little things in life that don't cost anything really matter. No one needs money because as they die, they realize how little it actually means to them and how unimportant it is.
Love-He thinks love is more important than money and in the end, it is love that people truely want in their life.
Marriage-Morrie believes that people of Mitch's generation really don't understand what marriage is about and don't know who they really are, no less what they want in a partner. Morrie thinks it is really sad because marriage and love are so important to everyone and everyone deserves to have someone to love them and if you don't have love, you might as well die.
Our Culture-He believes that people are only mean when they feel threatened but people could feel threatened by many things, such as the economy, job, family life etc. because when they are threatened, people have to look out for themselves.
When he says, "You have to work at creating your own culture" Morrie means that every society and culture has its own problems and flaws but people have to learn how to overcome them to help themselves and others, which is creating their own culture.
